Chicken breast is a good base for a lot of recipes, last night I had some slices left over from some cordon bleu that I prepared to freeze and I made into rolls, I followed a recipe from one of my books on main courses , but next time I will use bacon instead of speck;) The flavor is delicate and the roll is nice and soft, the sauce is scented with lemon as well as delicious for the shoe (the scarpetta is my passion!)


How to make speck and lemon rolls

Brush the chicken breast slices with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Place a slice of speck on each slice of chicken,

Wrap the slice on itself forming the roll, fixing the rolls thus obtained with toothpicks.

Dip the chicken rolls in the flour.
Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the rolls evenly over high heat.

Once browned, blend with white wine.

Melt the vegetable nut in a saucepan with the water.
Now add the broth obtained almost to cover the rolls, add a lemon zest, cover and cook in a covered container and over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

As soon as the speck and lemon rolls are ready, reduce the sauce.

Arrange the rolls on a serving dish and coat them with the cooking juices.
