This Saturday I prepared the pumpkin muffins, very soft and fragrant, and made even more delicious by adding a cube of milk chocolate in the center of each sweet. And to say that until last year the recipes with pumpkin were not included in my recipe book, my mother never prepared it and I had always been refractory to use it in some preparation because I never found anyone willing to taste it. Since last year, however, after having prepared the risotto with pumpkin and sausage, I had my husband's okay and so this year I'm indulging myself in the preparation of recipes with pumpkin. In the next few days you will find other autumn recipes with seasonal fruit and vegetables on the blog, in the meantime, however, try these delicious Pumpkin muffin and then you tell me;)
How to make pumpkin muffins
Cut the pumpkin into squares and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then blend it and set it aside.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and yeast
Separately, mix the milk, melted butter and egg, then add the pumpkin blended previously.
Combine the two compounds and mix them with a wooden spoon
Pour the mixture into muffin molds and add a piece of chocolate to the center of each.
Cover the chocolate cube with a little dough and sprinkle the surface with a little brown sugar.
Bake the pumpkin muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake 15/20 minutes.
Allow the pumpkin muffins to cool before serving
