Today's sweet is a reinterpretation of a recipe taken from the cookaround forum proposed by nightfire, I just changed the shape, from balls to donuts and I added 50 grams of butter to the dough to give more softness and I got some donuts with chocolate chips to be dipped in milk for breakfast. If you don't have a donut mold, you can make lots of balls (as the author of the recipe suggested) or make some donuts by hand by creating cords and tying them like donuts. How to make cambelline with ricotta and chocolate chips

In a bowl, whip the egg with the sugar, add the warmed melted butter, milk and ricotta.
