HOW TO PREPARE Fusilli recipe with vegetables and chilli:

Boil the pasta in boiling salted water. When they are ready, strain them, put them under a stream of cold water and let them drain.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Put to harden in hot oil and stir from time to time. In the same way, cut the peppers and put them in the pan. Add a little salt and leave until the vegetables soften a little. Put the chilli paste, pour the broth and let it boil for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add sugar. You've probably heard of edamame, a vegetable praised and becoming more and more popular. Considered a super food, with a lot of properties, such as protein, fiber and good carbohydrates, edamame is also found in our supermarkets, in the district with frozen products.

It can be prepared as a snack, garnish or a kind of food itself and is excellent especially if you are on a diet, because it is friendly to the figure. Today we also offer you an easy and quick recipe for edamame with garlic and spices, which you can prepare for any occasion.

  • 1 bag of frozen edamame
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sesame for decoration

Put a pot of water and salt to a boil. When the water boils, add the edamam and leave for 3-4 minutes. They are already boiled beforehand, so all you have to do is bring them to a boil.

In a pan on the fire, put the oils, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and chilli. When it starts to sizzle, add the drained edamamas. Saute over high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, which are left on the face for 25-30 minutes. Wash with warm water, then cold water.

* The apples. Apple juice enriches the skin with vitamin C, ensuring its elasticity. With apple halves you can massage the face, neck and whole body to clean the skin. In order for the cheeks to be reddened (flushed), a mask prepared from slices of apple boiled in milk is used.

* Pearls. Ripe pear pulp smoothes the skin, makes it more elastic, closes pores. Hold on face for 20 minutes, wash first with warm water, then with cold water.

* Bananas and peaches they make the skin smoother and stretched. Turned into puree or cut into pieces, apply on the skin for 20-30 minutes, then wash the mask with water at room temperature.

* Lemon. Lemon juice whitens the skin and closes dilated pores. But be careful! It has a strong action, which irritates the skin, so it is recommended to use it in a mixture with other juices.

  • 600 gr. - boiled chickpeas
  • 500 ml. - boiled chickpea water or plain water
  • 1 jar of peeled tomatoes in their juice (700 gr.)
  • 200 gr. - green beans (cut into medium pieces)
  • 2 medium onions (diced)
  • 2 donuts or red peppers (cut into cubes)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon - sugar
  • 1 teaspoon - dried oregano
  • 1 cm. - chilli peppers (finely chopped)
  • A knife tip - nutmeg powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons & # 8211 salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive or sunflower oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour oil into a pot heated over medium heat. Then put the onion on top and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the diced peppers, season with salt and black pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Then add the tomatoes together with their juice and crush them with a spoon, also put on top the chickpeas and the water in which the boiled chickpeas were boiled or simply plain water. Then put the garlic cloves in the special press and crush them on top.
  3. Add the chilli pepper, a little sugar, dried oregano, nutmeg powder and mix everything together.
  4. From the moment the sauce starts to boil, boil everything over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated twice.
  5. After the time has passed, add the green beans and mix. Let them boil for only 3-4 minutes, so that they remain bright green and slightly crunchy.

Puff pastry recipe with spring vegetables

Ingredients for 6 servings:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cleaned and chopped onion

1 large carrot, cleaned and sliced

½ kg of asparagus, cut into sticks of 2-3 cm

3-4 cups of broccoli bunches

2 cloves of green garlic, finely chopped

1 sprig of finely chopped green onions

200 g of mushrooms, cut into slices

a handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

120 g of crushed feta cheese

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cover a tray or yena bowl with baking paper.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and then sauté the onion for 4-5 minutes. Add the other tablespoon of oil, but also the carrot, asparagus, peas, broccoli, garlic and mix well. After cooking for another 8-10 minutes, top with the mushrooms and tomatoes and leave for another 3-4 minutes on the fire, making sure you stir frequently.

Then put half of the cooked vegetables in the pan, placing them in an even layer. On top, place a layer of half the amount of feta cheese, then put the rest of the vegetables and finish with the remaining feta cheese.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and a little salt and pepper to taste. Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables in the pan and then place the pan in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until eggs are fully cooked. You can check if the soufflé is ready using the toothpick test, just like for desserts. The preparation can be served hot, but also cold.

Easter offers lightness and creativity in the kitchen. Whether we eat them plain, with pesto, tomato sauce and basil, or add vegetables, meat and cheese, they are always a nutritious and filling meal.

The advantage of pasta is that they are a quick alternative for evenings when we don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

I chose rifles. Why? Fusilli are a type of pasta that is easy to eat, looks great on a plate and children also like them. Bonus points for fusilli!

Shopping list

  • 400g mushrooms
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 white onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 100gr parmesan
  • 400g pasta (I used durum wheat fusilli)

Let's begin. I selected the Brown / Saute program for 10 minutes. After the HEAT message disappeared, I added a tablespoon of oil, and hardened the onion and garlic.

We keep chopping. I sliced ​​the chicken breast, thin, wide. I added it over the onion.
